**Short description of error**
When drawing 3D widgets with the Gizmo/GizmoGroup API, with the "DEPTH_3D" bl_option on the GizmoGroup, the widget loses its depth culling when mouse hovered.

- Minimal test file: {F12798941}
- Notice how widgets' backfaces become visible when mouse hovering on them. The addon has some preferences to get different alpha amounts in different states. The issue is more visible when the "Delta Highlighted" value is lower.
