**System Information**
OS: OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 (Didn't work on 10.11.0 either)
Nvidia GT 750M 2GB
MacBook Pro Retina 15 inch
**Blender Version**
Broken: All betas of 2.76, current official release as well. Probably earlier versions but haven't tested.
**Short description of error**
When using the new auto-hide feature for the menu bar on OS X, Blender won't use that new space on the screen. Dragging the window upwards does nothing (the window jumps back down) and attempting to resize the window at the top has no effect when dragging upwards. Has no effect on usability, but is mildly annoying.

**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1) Open Blender with the auto-hide menu bar option enabled (System Preferences/General/"Automatically hide and show the menu bar")
2) Try resizing or dragging the window upwards (or using software such as Spectacle for window management)
