In attached file reverse vertex groups order of selected object to activate its modifier, otherwise it is not working.

From scratch:
# Add two empty vgroups (Group1, Group2) to default Cube
# Add another object with same groups (Group1, Group2), but put Group2 in the first place
# Load first Cube in this object via Geometry Nodes and create output for Group2 with 1.0 value
# Set-up any modifier to use Group2 -> not working
# Reverse vgroups order -> works OK.
