We have identified some badly designed behaviour in the way vertex tools work. While investigating the active tools, we've found ways to solve that.
This will be tackled after the Code Quest, and this document exists so that Campbell remembers to really do it. When he does, he will be sent lots of virtual hugs for making all our modes consistent and clear.
