**Short description of error**
Blender allows a linked copy of a scene to be created; this can be useful for compositing (one scene copy for Eevee, one for Cycles, with compositing).
Unfortunately, even though the GUI indicates the scene copies are linked, changing the active camera in either the original or the linked copy will not update the active camera in the other scenes. This leads to problems when rendering.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Load the attached blend file.
There are two scenes. Scene.001 is a linked copy of Scene.
In the world properties for Scene, change the Scene Camera from Camera to Camera.001.
Change to Scene.001. The active camera is still Camera.{F8848819}
