Right now any node input that is animated show in the Dope Sheet as "Default Value".

It would be better to identify them without resorting to the information in the parenthesis.
The original patch when the this was introduced (D13085) suggests that this may impact performance. Assuming there is no way around, that I would still argue that we can afford a small performance hit when it comes to animated node properties since they are not as many as the
