Hint: The armature was initially created by the skin modifier. And i also got some very weird things going on with the pie menu for the o-key: clicking on the header button just switched the operation on or off, but no menu popped up, so no "connected"-option available. Those options where also not in the edit-mode-o-pie, just the falloff types (constant, random,...), but for a second i had a totally different pie with an option at the 6 o clock position to only translate the origins of objects, but that disappeared again for good. Very starnge. Maybe a conflict of the pie addon and the new default options ("tab for pie menu")?

I forgot to mention that you can't rotate the bones in pose mode except for using the value sliders in the bone tab. Neither widgets nor keyboard shortcuts ("r", "s") work.
