I would like to propose the following UI feature for the VSE: drawing of custom elements on top of a sequence. This can be useful to show:
- if a strip has been proxified
- if it matches the render resolution
- if a strip has or not a custom property
This should be in control for the user (rule based in a way similar to coloured wireframes).
I've looked if it was possible to do this via Python, but it does not seem the way to go. I attach a couple of mockups to show the concept. Comments and critiques are welcome!
