**System Information** Operating system and graphics card Win 8.1, 32 Bit 2gb Ram 2.46 Ghz Processor 256 Mb Video Ram **Blender Version** 2.78 (or any other version) **Short description of error** On opening Blender 2.78 or any other version, the command prompt opens with a text that reads "Error_Exception_Violation" and crashes. This worked earlier when I was using Win 7 but I think the upgrade in Operating System wont cause problems. **Exact steps for others to reproduce the error** Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
