I wasn't able to detect any issues using renderdoc the OpenGL state seems identical. This could be an issue of the latest NVIDIA drivers (455). I am trying to reproduce it on other GPU's and systems. But I am pretty sure I didn't detected this issue when running on AMD 5700.
