**Short description of error**
Alpha version of 2.90 has very bright preselection highlighting which is a bit distracting and in the way.
theonly theme setting that there is, affects both the trackball and the view aligned gizmo.
The same problem for ghosting of the rotation axes, they have an accumulative effect in each revolution & there is no theme setting to tweak the amount of the inital opacity.

Here is an extreme example, Open the file in both 2.90 & 2.92.7 & preselect highlight on the trackball rotation.
