Can not change data/file in VSE
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1. In the VSE, Select a strip.
2. Press N to bring up the properties panel.
3. On properties panel, On Strip input pane, Click Change Data/Files
It takes you to the folder but can't see image files for change.
