Hi,
i met with problem with rendering in eevee. It causes strange steins. Turn off specular in lights/materials solve problem, but rendered material looks terrible.
Normal map is set as non-color and disabling normal map doesn't solve problem - it's still exist, but it rather hard to notice. These materials/maps work fine on cycles and in game engines, but i prefer to make renders in eevee because of speed.
