**Short description of error**
It is somehow deleting the material generated by the quick smoke effect. I've saved the file just before selecting it and when I oppened again it was gone.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
- Select the default cube
- Go in Object > Quick Effects > Quick Smoke
- Select the Cycles Render Engine
- Set the viewport shading to Rendered
- Select the Smoke Domain and go to Material
- Change the material to "Material" and change it back to "Smoke Domain Material"
- Crash
