I'm new into moddeling and I really don't have any knowledge in 3d moddeling, I want to use Blender as a hobbie to try to model some models for games like Train Fever and Train Simulator, it's my first time trying to use Blender, first I downloaded the installer, and got the error bellow when I tried to open the blender.exe, so I tried the .zip and got the same error:

When I go to the .txt file, inside it I have the error:

My GPU especifications are:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits
Intel Core i3-4160
Nvidea GTX750
The video drivers are updated and I have the C++ 2013 installed, please help.
