**Blender Version**
Broken: 2.77a abf6f08 (2016-04-05 18:12)
Worked: 2.76 (uknown version, now it doesnt work anymore, propably opencl/driver related)
**Short description of error**
Anytime i want to render the a project on my GPU on cycles (which decreases the rendertime by 10 times) horizontal noise appears which cant be fixed. its propably driver related, altough it might be the opencl implementation of blender. I migrated last summer to AMD Crimson driver, these worked until like january/february 2016. Since then the problem occurs.

**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Any basic cycles setup with gpu on opencl with my graphics card should reproduce this.
